- All orders are final unless otherwise discussed and agreed under signed contract. IF* you have issues with your order we WILL make it right by you.
- All orders big or small require USPS postal insurance.
- All orders must purchase USPS insurance + Proc Fee through the item selection on the products page.
- Yes if you are only here to buy 1 LP , 1 CD, and have never shopped here our prices probably seem higher than normal.
- Our business model focuses on generating repeat customer experiences on medium to large orders (3-8 items). Our prices get much "better" when you purchase with that in mind.
- We do not get all goods you see here at wholesale ; for example we often stock only the color variant of some items
- We do not accept (and then sell to you) obviously damaged goods from our suppliers. Any damaged copies we eat the loss on (at least temporarily)
- We offer a unique prepay reservation system for titles that most distributors do not. No need to go "F5" crazy at some other places.
- We only use best-in-class product packaging and shipping practices
- We offer very generous reward/incentives to Repeat/Regular/VIP customers
- Our business model focuses on generating repeat customer experiences on medium to large orders (3-8 items). Our prices get much "better" when you purchase with that in mind.
- To earn Repeat/Regular/VIP access, spend $300 / $500 / $1000 in a calendar year.
- These statuses will carry over purchases since Oct 1st 2022 into the year 2023 to accelerate your progress.
- Doing so will earn you special above and beyond discount codes and early access to items.
- Regular/Repeat/VIP customers who share custom discount codes to ineligible customers will be removed from "the list"
